The Unfinished Clubhouse

The Unfinished Clubhouse is a micro setting of a clubhouse set in a random clearing amongst the surrounding wilderness. The clubhouse has a radio tower, a repair shop/tool library, a garden, a strange letter chute that appeared one day, and a neighbor who visits with valuable observations that have steered the clubhouse towards success (but nearly as often to chaos!) The clubhouse seems to be what you make it, but is it only what it appears to be?

This setting was written for the Tiny World Jam and uses the additional challenge of the entire setting being one room.
